Lord Of Pain

Basically this guy is supposed to be a lesser villain character, Not that he's not powerful he's just not a primary villain like Gar, Spade, or Abaddon. 

He's supposed to like a religious warlord seeking to convert or destroy all other nations and believes in doing so that he shall rid the world of pain and hate. 

He see's pain as a weakness, not just physical pain but emotional pain as well, but when Bys stands up to him, he tells him that his pain and suffering has not made him weak but in turn made him stronger.
